Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and registered with the Florida Department of Transportation. Our license number is IM3643 and our DOT number is 3881904.

We carry liability insurance and cargo insurance to ensure that you are fully protected during your move. All moving companies are required to provide basic liability coverage free of charge. This coverage insures your items for $0.30 per pound for intrastate moves and $0.60 per pound for interstate moves.

We also offer full insurance upon customers request. If you would like 100% full coverage insurance for all items she or he needs to provide the total cost of all items together and depending on that we provide 100% insurance not with our own insurance.

Yes, you are welcome to pack your own belongings if you prefer. However, please note, we can not fully insure items that were packed by the customer. We specialize in safe and high quality packing and can only ensure that your items are packed safely and securely for transport when we do it ourselves.

We take great care to ensure that your belongings are handled with care and arrive at your destination safely. However, accidents can happen. If any of your items are damaged during the move, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide compensation if necessary.

We recommend booking your move as far in advance as possible, especially during peak moving season (May-September). However, we can often accommodate last-minute moves as well. Contact us to check availability for your desired move date.

Yes, we offer short-term and long-term storage solutions for our customers. Our storage facilities are secure and climate-controlled to ensure the safety of your belongings.

Yes, we can provide moving supplies such as boxes, tape, and packing material for an additional fee. Alternatively, you are welcome to purchase your own supplies or reuse boxes you already have.

No, we currently only offer local moves within the state of Florida. However, we can recommend reputable national moving companies if needed.

Yes. We’ve invested in our own fleet of trucks for flexibility and reliability. Owning your own truck is also a requirement for getting a FMCSA official license from the government.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is typically due on the day of the move, but we can also arrange payment plans for larger moves. Our payment options are always in our quotes and are fully explained to our customers before accepting the quote.
