Wow! They were fast, thorough, cautious, and efficient. Brandon, David, and Adam were very professional and very nice. The 3 of them made sure everything everything was just the way I wanted it! They made one of the most stressful days of my life so much easier!

Brandon, David, and Joseph were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it and treated my belongings with respect. They even put my Christmas decorations away in the garage up on super high shelves without asking and set my lamps on my nightstand. Simple but thoughtful touches! I couldn’t have asked for a better team — prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I’ve moved dozens of times, but would only pick these guys again - highly recommend this moving company!

The crew went above and beyond to make sure my move was completed. I had to move much more than originally identified and one of the crew had to leave due to an injury, but the team kept working for 13 hours straight and somehow managed to fit everything into my new, smaller house. I was very impressed with their professionalism, can-do attitude, and customer focus.

Excellent job done by Giorgi and David, stairs in both locations. With no breaks they did a job that would need 3 men at the least. Definitely recommend 👍

I was a bit nervous when I first booked our packing and loading with New Chapters. I had never used movers before and I've heard a lot of horror stories. But it was a great group of guys that showed up to our apartment, and they ended up doing the job in half the estimated time. Now I am nervous to hire movers in the future because I believe these guys have set the bar pretty high. One of them said he was moving to Mississippi soon. This company and their customer service is just amazing! I booked a last minute move and they took care of my 3 bedroom house with packing, loading and unloading in 10 hours. We hired New Chapters Moving Company to load up our U-Haul for a move across state lines, and honestly, Austin & Roderick deserve superhero capes. They showed up, knocked the job out like it was nothing, and kept us smiling the whole time. Who knew loading a truck could actually be entertaining? Shoutout to Justine in the office too—she was super helpful, friendly, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Between the smooth communication and the muscle magic, these guys made a stressful move way less stressful. If you’re moving and want the job done fast, right, and with good vibes—call these guys. David, Brandon, Austin blew us away! Professional, great sense of humor, hard working, and handled all of our stuff with care. 100% damage free! I'm so happy we got a 2nd quote from them. We first tried all my son's, but due their policy the 1 st quote wasn't accurate and quoted us much more the 2nd time just a few days from our move. And all my sons daid our job would take 5-6 hrs. We used New Chapters Moving to move my daughters bigger items from apartment to house and it could not have been better. Absolutely loved my experience with New Chapters Moving. Lucas and Jeremy were incredible—on time, professional, and seriously kind. They treated my stuff like it was their own and worked efficiently the entire time. It definitely helps when you make their job easier (I had everything staged and ready), but they still went above and beyond. Yes, New Chapters is a little pricier than some other options, but you definitely get what you pay for. I made the mistake of using a Facebook mover in the past—damaged items, zero care, and way too expensive for what I got. Total regret. Emily, my sales consultant, was awesome. She followed up with me after I initially hesitated about booking (not in a pushy way at all—just super helpful and responsive). No other company even bothered to follow up. That made a big difference. If you’re on the fence because of cost, just go for it. The peace of mind and quality of service is 100% worth it. There was a 3-hour minimum, and Lucas and Jeremy knocked it out in an hour and a half. I’ll gladly pay for the full time—it was honestly a pleasure working with them. Five stars, no question.

Brandon and David were so respectful, efficient, and thoughtful in our move. There were a lot of logistics involved and they handled it all with ease.
